1. What this service is

Each spouse answers interview-style questions separately. Software then compares the two answers and describes how a skeptical officer might read them. That is all it does. It does not review your case, your forms or your evidence, and it does not tell you what to say.

2. Not legal advice

Using Marriage Interview Practice does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. The questions, verdicts, analysis and reports are general practice material. For advice about your own situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative.

3. Who may use it

You may use the service only if you are 18 or older and are preparing for your own interview about your own genuine marriage, or you are a legal professional helping such a couple with their knowledge.

You may not use it to invent, align or rehearse false statements. Entering a marriage to evade immigration law, and lying to a federal officer, are serious crimes. The only correct answer to any question here is the truth as you remember it. We may close any session we reasonably believe is being used otherwise, without a refund.

4. The comparisons are made by an AI model

Verdicts and analysis are generated by a language model. It can be wrong: it may call a harmless difference a contradiction, or miss a real one. Treat every verdict as a prompt for a conversation, never as a finding, and never as a reason to change a true answer.

5. Your links

Access is by private link. Each link is unique to one spouse, and anyone holding it can read that spouse's side of the session. Keep them private, send each spouse only their own link, and do not forward it. Tell us if you believe a link has been exposed, or reset your session from your control panel.

6. Payment

The free plan costs nothing. Full preparation is a single payment of $39 that opens the full question bank for both spouses for 90 days. The premium plan is a single payment of $69 that adds timed mock interviews and lasts 180 days. Paying again before your access ends adds to the time you have left. Neither plan is a subscription and neither renews. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

7. What you write

Your answers remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete everything at any time from your control panel.

8. No warranty, and limits on liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any outcome in your immigration case. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant and we have your email address, we will tell you.
